These terms apply to this website and to locksmith services provided by Infinity Lockout. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide locksmith work including lockouts, rekeying, key cutting, and lock repair and installation. We service property only with the consent of the owner or an authorized person. We may ask for photo ID and proof that you are entitled to access the property before we begin, and we may decline work if that proof is not provided.

Quotes and pricing

Prices quoted over the phone are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing depends on the work actually required and is confirmed before we proceed. Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Scheduling and response times

We work to respond quickly, but arrival and completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, and job complexity can affect them.

Warranty and liability

We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
